Job description
- Upon joining the company, you will be assigned to a store after new employee training at stores and headquarters. ・Assigned departments will be determined after training, considering the applicant's preferences and aptitude, from all departments including: Produce, Fresh Fish, Meat, Delicatessen, Bakery, Grocery, and Check Stand (Register). ・After assignment, you will aim to become a department manager, focusing on on-the-job training (OJT) at the store and aiming to become a professional in various management and sales floor development. In the future, there is also a possibility of being appointed as headquarters staff, primarily in management positions, depending on the individual's aptitude and preferences. ※Those who wish to have only a consultation and company explanation, not an interview, please state so at the time of registration.
