Job description
Primary duties include handling hotel check-ins and check-outs, answering phones, managing reservations, operating the gift shop, accepting registrations for hotel activities, and cleaning ♪ Initially, you will learn customer service tasks such as check-ins and check-outs under the guidance of a senior staff member, then move on to handling phone calls and reservations, and finally will be in charge of the department's operations. This job is suitable for those who want to engage in customer service, enjoy talking with people, and wish to learn customer service skills. Also, as there are many customers from overseas, those proficient in English can also be active. Currently, foreign national staff are also active!
