Millennium has its core business in "medical care", an area expected to see particularly strong growth within the care industry. Unlike general elderly care, staff visit the homes of users who require medical care such as ALS and support their daily lives. After joining, you will first work as a care staff member focusing on frontline duties, then accumulate management experience as a coordinator candidate. Care staff management duties: training new employees, providing support, attendance management, etc. Site management duties: handling inquiries from users and their families, backup during staff shortages, participating in case conferences and communicating with care managers, conducting visits to acquire new cases, etc. Scope of change: No change.

We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
