Training program available for non-regular employees. Training program content: site visit training for competitive stores in other regions and skill-up training by inviting external instructors, planned several times per year.
Retirement benefits are provided using variable insurance as a welfare system. In case of emergency, family protection and retirement benefits according to operational results at the time of retirement are paid. Training and travel programs held several times a year. Overseas inspection and training programs have been conducted in the past.

A newly established corporation created with the aim of contributing to regional society, promoting human exchange, and supporting startup business by the representative who operates a logistics business. We aim to pursue various business developments with a corporate culture that supports challenges.
This is a brand-new company that was just incorporated in January 2025. With a primary focus on selling life insurance and non-life insurance, we will also develop a restaurant business and a beauty salon business within the same building. We will operate a Mexican food and coffee restaurant on the first floor, and a mid-sized esthetic business using the latest equipment on the third floor. We are aiming to expand not only at this location but also to second and third outlets for each business. We support challenges such as independence support and taking on responsibility for managing new stores.
