☆ The routes for pick-up and drop-off are mainly between the user's home/group home and our facility. Vehicles used: Hiace, Caravan, etc.

About the company
This job involves providing daytime services for people with disabilities. Primarily, you will support creative activities and daily living to help users enjoy their time.
Located in a quiet residential area in Umeda, this is a cozy office. A 7th branch will open in August 2026. We plan to open new branches in the future, so you can work in a vibrant environment.
☆Please transport users with disabilities. The routes will mainly be between the users' homes and our facility.
☆The service area covers the entire Adachi Ward, as well as Kita Ward, Arakawa Ward, Sumida Ward, Katsushika Ward, Yashio City, and Soka City. The number of users transported at one time is 4 to 8 people. While the users have disabilities, a support staff member will accompany you, so difficult caregiving is not required.
☆The routes will be thoroughly taught by seniors, so it's okay even if you have no experience! The routes are basically fixed, and an experienced support staff member will accompany you. Please focus on safe driving.
☆There are gaps in the shifts, so you can spend time at home until you resume your duties! You can value your own time.
