高齢者や障がい者、外国人の方など、住まい探しにお困りの方の相 談対応や入居支援を行うお仕事です。 ・電話や来店による相談受付 ・物件情報の収集、紹介 ・不動産会社や福祉関係機関との連携 ・入居後の見守りや定期連絡 ・居住支援活動に関する資料作成 ・行政や地域団体との連携業務 ・相談会やイベントの運営補助 ・その他、居住支援事業に関わる業務
