Job description
You will be involved in river, road, and erosion control work, primarily on public works projects for the country, Shiga Prefecture, and Higashiomi City.
*Construction sites are within Shiga Prefecture.
*You will be engaged in construction management after becoming fully proficient in site work.
*Various licenses and national qualifications can be obtained after joining the company (company will bear the full cost).

The company will provide full support for acquiring various construction heavy equipment licenses and national qualifications, as well as for skill development. (All expenses covered by the company)
Every other Saturday off (If you work on a Saturday, a substitute holiday will be set)
Golden Week holidays (4-5 days), Summer holidays (4-5 days), Year-end and New Year holidays (7-8 days) are available.
* If commuting by private car, you will be required to enroll in voluntary insurance.
* Trial employment period under the same conditions.
