About the company
This job involves providing daytime services for people with disabilities. Primarily, you will support creative activities and daily living to help users enjoy their time.
Located in a quiet residential area in Umeda, this is a cozy office. A 7th branch will open in August 2026. We plan to open new branches in the future, so you can work in a vibrant environment.
After clocking in, we confirm the day's schedule and discuss which staff member will do what with which user, then drive to pick up users from their homes. Upon arrival, we check the communication log for information about their home life and any messages.
While creating an environment where each person can spend their time peacefully, we enjoy various activities such as work, household support, recreation, and walks.
After cleaning and the closing circle, users are taken back to their homes. After drop-off, we reflect on the day and prepare for the next day, and our duties conclude.
