About the company
Restaurant
A charcoal grill yakiniku restaurant that makes use of old Okinawan houses. We aim to be a place where tourists and local customers can feel Okinawa's warmth and enjoy delicious yakiniku, making them think, "I want to come back again."
Enjoy charcoal-grilled yakiniku in a warm space reminiscent of an Okinawan traditional house. We are "Shichirin, Yakiniku, Obaa no Ie." We value creating an establishment that customers will want to "visit again" and a workplace where each staff member can think, "I'm glad I worked here." We emphasize supporting each other by communicating with fellow staff members, and it's an environment where those who work hard can succeed, regardless of experience or age. We welcome not only those who want to utilize their experience in the food service industry but also those with no prior experience. You can learn not only customer service and cooking skills but also how to interact with people and teamwork through your work. We want to liven up the restaurant even more with people who think: "I like making people happy," "I want to grow while working enjoyably," "I want to work in Okinawa for a long time." We also value staff ideas and challenges, aiming to create a better establishment together.
