- 居宅介護支援業務(ケアプラン作成及び付随する事務業務) ・各スタッフの平均担当プラン45件 ・電話待機番あり(月に平均5回程度)、他のスタッフとの ローテーションによります。
- 変更範囲:施設の定める全ての業務 ・フレックスタイム制(コアタイム10時から16時) ・各種加算還元あり、担当プラン数に応じ業績手当あり ・ケアマネ5名の特定事業所です。
