- 居宅介護支援業務（ケアプラン作成及び付随する事務業務） ・各スタッフの平均担当プラン４５件 ・電話待機番あり（月に平均５回程度）、他のスタッフとの ローテーションによります。
- 変更範囲：施設の定める全ての業務 ・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム１０時から１６時） ・各種加算還元あり、担当プラン数に応じ業績手当あり ・ケアマネ５名の特定事業所です。
