Job description
Daily living care for residents in a fee-based nursing home for the elderly ・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting; room cleaning, etc. ・Planning and organizing recreational activities ・To support new employees both professionally and mentally, a senior staff member will be assigned as their designated trainer for one year. For daily tasks during the first 1–2 months, a trainer will be assigned on a rotating daily basis to provide careful, one-on-one guidance about residents and work duties. ・Not only care staff, but also nursing staff, functional training instructors, counselors, and other professionals each contribute their expertise and support one another. You can also consult others casually whenever you are in difficulty, which provides peace of mind. ※ Nursing staff are on standby 24 hours a day. 【Scope of duties subject to change: duties as determined by the company】
