Job description
当社は外国人向け牛肉・鶏肉を使用した加工食品（ビーフジャーキ ー、鶏肉加工品、肉でんぶ等）の製造・販売を行う会社です。 新規工場立ち上げに伴い、食品衛生管理者として下記業務をお任せ します。
- 食品衛生管理業務全般の統括
- 製造工程における衛生チェックおよび改善指導
- 従業員への衛生教育・マニュアル作成
- 保健所対応・各種書類作成（営業許可関連）
- 原材料・製品の品質管理および記録管理
- 工場内の衛生点検・監査対応 変更範囲：変更なし
