About the company
Development and manufacturing of motors. We handle small lot orders from 1 unit for new product development and replacements for discontinued items. We perform development and design from scratch and propose prototypes. We also handle special applications such as Antarctic observation and nuclear power facilities.
Established in 1963. Based on over 60 years of experience, we respond to customer requests with full custom-made solutions. We can handle development that combines not only motors but also reducers and actuators.
Although it is a small town factory, we directly undertake motor development for multiple industry-leading manufacturers. We also handle the development of special motors related to the country's important policies, such as Antarctic observation and nuclear power facilities. The factory floor has long continued to have zero overtime, but since the end of last year, we have decided to permit overtime, mainly for foreign staff who wish to increase their income. It is a diverse workplace with people of all ages and genders, from their 20s to 70s, and nationalities including Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. Our parent company is a trading company for air conditioning and electrical equipment, so we are proud of our comprehensive air conditioning and lighting. This job opening will involve a lot of detailed work, such as wiring with a soldering iron. While there is a lot of work that requires perseverance and concentration, our company produces in small batches of 50 to 200 units per product, so you will not be doing the same task for thousands of units. We will flexibly accommodate your lifestyle regarding working days, days of the week, and times. Conversely, we also welcome individuals who join as full-time employees and become regular employees in a short period.
