Job description
Daily living care for residents in a paid nursing home for the elderly ・Assistance with meals, bathing, and toileting; room cleaning, etc. ・Planning and organizing recreational activities ・To support new employees both professionally and mentally, a senior staff member will serve as their designated instructor for 1 year. For daily duties, an instructor will be assigned on a rotating daily basis for the first 1–2 months, carefully guiding them in pairs about the residents and work details. ・Not only care workers, but nursing staff, functional training instructors, counselors, and other professionals each apply their expertise and support one another.
