At a mass production factory for lithium-ion batteries, responsible for production process improvement tasks. Optimization of process conditions, reduction of defects and improvement of yield, improvement of productivity and quality, analysis of causes of quality problems, strengthening of quality assurance system, improvement of bottleneck processes, optimization of line balance, safety and health and environmental management, promotion of improvements through data utilization. [Enhanced Rent Subsidy System]
Eligibility criteria: If it takes 2 hours or more by public transport to reach the workplace in 10 minutes of work time, and the straight-line distance is 30km or more, 3/4 of the contract rent will be subsidized.
Subsidy limit: For single individuals = ¥40,000, For those not accompanied by cohabiting dependents (relocated single employee) = ¥40,000, For those accompanied by cohabiting dependents = ¥60,000.
[Highway Toll Fee Subsidy (One Way)]
To help shorten commute times for those commuting by private car, we will cover the cost of highway toll fees (one way).
