At directly managed stores in the Kanto region, you will be responsible for creating shifts and managing store operations. In addition to personnel management, inventory management, quality control, and cash management, you will also perform simple cooking assistance. You can leverage your experience to improve store operations and be involved in staff training. In on-site operations in the Kanto region, you will grasp the operational status of each store and manage the communication and execution of headquarters' policies.
