Content of training system: Upon joining the company, approximately 1 month of training will be conducted internally on tool handling, basic tasks, and unpacking equipment to be installed. After that, you will accompany a senior colleague to job sites to get a feel for the work. By the end of the 3-month probationary period, you will be able to smoothly carry out the daily workflow, check supplies for the current and next day, and move around the site with just one instruction.
