About the company
We provide care services based in Minato Ward, Osaka City. We aim to earn trust by improving quality alongside support for independence and support for people with disabilities.
We will provide training so that even those with no experience can provide service with peace of mind. We will also provide subsidies for acquiring qualifications.
The biggest pride of our facility is our excellent "human relationships" and "teamwork." The workplace is always full of smiles, and we have an at-home atmosphere where we warmly welcome new members. Senior staff are always considerate, asking "How are you doing lately?" and "Is there anything you need help with?", and a culture of gentle and thorough teaching, including accompanying visits to new homes, has taken root. Even if you are unsure of a decision during service, you can immediately consult by phone with the service provider manager or fellow helpers on the spot, so there is no need to worry about handling things alone. Because it is an environment full of compassion, "helping each other and supporting users as a team," even those with no experience or who have been out of the workforce can start with peace of mind. If you are someone who wants to "work with warm colleagues and smiles" or "work in a workplace where everyone respects each other," why not join our team? We also welcome pre-visits and consultations. All of our staff look forward to meeting you!
