《入居者様の健康をお食事でサポート》 調理済み食材の盛付がメインのお仕事で未経験でも安心して始めら れ、提供食数も決まっているので慌てず計画的に作業ができます。 ［主なお仕事］ ・盛付：調理済食材を温め、お料理をお皿に盛り付ける作業 ・組膳：入居者様毎のお食事トレイに、盛付けた料理を並べる作業 →メイン・小鉢・汁・ごはんをお盆に配置します。 ・配膳チェック：入居者様毎のお料理に間違いがないかチェック ・洗浄：食べ終わった食器等を洗浄機で洗浄する作業など。 ・発注業務など。 〇コミュニケーションがとりやすく、福利厚生も充実しており長く お勤めいただける環境です。 変更範囲：変更なし

About the company
Food service business at housing facilities for the elderly, and we also operate 9 locations of 「Grand Café F」 in both San'in prefectures, as well as 5 Japanese restaurants and other establishments.
We are a group company of Region Design Holdings. Within housing facilities for the elderly operated by group member companies, we provide food services and operate food and beverage establishments such as cafés, proposing a high-quality lifestyle through 「abundant food」.
This is a kitchen position in a residential facility for the elderly.
You will be responsible for warming and plating cook-chill food items.
Meals are served in a cafeteria style within an open kitchen.
Won't you support residents' dietary lives with their smiles?
Those with cooking experience can leverage their skills, as there are also special event meals 2-3 times a month.
Even those with no experience will receive thorough training, so please apply with confidence.
☆ A base salary increase is planned for 3 consecutive years starting from Reiwa 5 (2023). A base salary increase of ¥10,000 was implemented in Reiwa 5.
