Because it is a rehabilitation-focused day service, there is almost no recreational work. It is a rewarding job supporting users as they face rehabilitation and activities positively. Many kind-hearted veteran staff members are present, with many who have been active for over 10 years and are good at taking care of others. It is a team-oriented and easy-to-work environment. Even if you are inexperienced, we will provide careful instruction from the basics, so you can feel at ease. Also, there are senior staff members who have completed "Beginner Training" and obtained the "Certified Care Worker" qualification while working, and we support career advancement.
