Special Care Nursing Home Daini Sunshine Villa with a capacity of 160 residents, 10 short-stay beds, co-located with the Ami Senior Home Care Service Center and Sunshine Villa Care Plan Center
Established as a social welfare corporation in Showa 61 (1986). Sunshine Villa opened in Showa 62 (1987). Both Facilities 1 and 2 are located along the Tamagawa River, with the flow of the Tamagawa River visible to the south and a view of the Okutama mountains to the west.

* Training tuition is free, and you will be paid for the time spent attending training.
* A fixed-term employment contract of 6 months or less will be concluded between the date of hiring and January 31, 2027. After the employment contract period ends, continuous employment is possible upon agreement with the employer.
* Eligible individuals are those who wish to work as care workers and are either unemployed individuals, self-employed individuals who have closed their businesses, or unemployed individuals who have graduated from school, etc. (including those who are already employed but have decided to become unemployed at the time of hiring for this project), and who do not possess qualifications equivalent to or higher than the Certified Care Worker training.
* The employment start deadline for this project is November 1, 2026. Employment after November 2, 2026, is not eligible for this project.
