We have earned trust from the community, and our operations are very stable, providing an environment where you can work with peace of mind. Annual holidays: 120 days. Daily working hours: 7.5 hours. Almost no overtime.
We are committed not only to maternity and childcare leave (of course), but also to a refresh leave system allowing 5 to 7 consecutive days of leave, as well as various employee benefits.
Additionally, for those without qualifications or experience, senior staff will take the time to guide you one-on-one until you can work independently.
