Job description
★未経験者大歓迎★既卒・第二新卒者歓迎(優遇制度あり) ★転勤なしで働ける★ノルマなしで営業の仕事にもチャレンジでき る★週休二日制(日祝+他2日から3日シフト休) ★準中免許支援★20代から40代活躍中 飲食店へ食品を届けるルート配送が中心(配送7割・営業3割)。 社用車に商品を積み込み、毎日決まったルートで訪問。配送先では 新商品の案内など営業活動も行います。入社後2ヶ月から3ヶ月は 先輩と同乗し丁寧に指導。業研修や免許取得支援制度もあり、1年 目から3年で営業力を高められます。ノルマではなく、成果に応じ た評価制度で、頑張りがしっかり給与に反映されます。
