[What is visiting-type medical care?]
Millennium has "medical care" as its core business, which is expected to see particularly large growth in the care industry.
Unlike elderly care, we visit the homes of users who require medical care, such as those with ALS, and support their daily lives. Specialized skills such as sputum suctioning and tube feeding support can be acquired after joining the company.

About the company
We dispatch home care workers to the homes of people with disabilities in Tokyo, primarily providing physical and daily living assistance as well as communication support. We also actively provide medical care.
As a new company, we offer flexibility and agility. We are particularly focused on providing care for people with severe disabilities and rare diseases, and we excel in providing medical care such as suctioning of phlegm, which has earned us many client requests.
