As a basis for community home-based living with the concept of 『living true to oneself』, we comprehensively ensure and support medical, care, and community services so that even medically severe individuals can continue living with peace of mind until the end. We prioritize work-life balance and maintain an open, communicative workplace environment. We also support children and others who were unable to work for various reasons, engaging them in collaborative work. Some of our staff carry children on their backs while performing duties; others accomplish their work while the entire team watches over the children together, and we undertake child-raising initiatives such as having children go to Rapport after school. Would you like to work together with us?
