建設業界に特化した外国人人材サービスの法人営業をお任せいたし ます。既存顧客を中心に、一部新規開拓もご担当いただきます。単 なる人材提案ではなく、派遣先プロジェクトの課題やニーズを把握 し、最適な人材を提案することで、案件の安定運用やプロジェクト 成功に貢献していただく仕事です。求職者対応、条件調整、就業フ ォロー、トラブル対応なども含め、案件全体を円滑に進める役割を 担っていただきます。関係構築力や調整力に加え、主体的に考え行 動できる力を重視しております。チームで相談しながら進められる 環境があり、ＯＪＴを通じて業界知識や実務力を身につけることが できる環境です。 変更範囲：なし
