About the company
Development and manufacturing of motors. We handle small lot orders from 1 unit for new product development and replacements for discontinued items. We perform development and design from scratch and propose prototypes. We also handle special applications such as Antarctic observation and nuclear power facilities.
Established in 1963. Based on over 60 years of experience, we respond to customer requests with full custom-made solutions. We can handle development that combines not only motors but also reducers and actuators.
Although it's a small factory, we directly undertake motor development for multiple industry-leading manufacturers. We also handle the development of special motors related to national key policies, such as Antarctic observation and nuclear power equipment. Last year, we began supplying motors for world top-category race vehicles.
The factory floor had long maintained zero overtime, but starting at the end of last year, we began allowing it, primarily for foreign staff who wished to increase their income.
It is a diverse workplace with people of all ages and genders, from their 20s to 70s, including staff from Vietnam, China, South Korea, and Japan.
Since more than half of the components used in our motors are procured from overseas, including China, South Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, purchasing staff may have opportunities for international business trips.
Also, because we are a small manufacturer, conversely, you can be involved in and learn about a wide range of manufacturing processes.
Purchasing duties are the unsung heroes supporting the production floor. Maintaining the "obvious" environment where "necessary parts are available at the necessary time in the necessary quantities" requires diligent daily effort.
Individuals who, in their own homes, place daily necessities in their designated spots and replenish them before they run out when they reach a certain level, will be highly successful.
