* You will be responsible for customer service, cooking, and cashier duties in the dining area. We will carefully teach everything from scratch, even if you have no experience in the restaurant or customer service industry.
* You can become an assistant manager or store manager depending on your aptitude and ability (with allowances).

This is a store with many foreign customers.

Founded in Showa 4. In addition to operating one mugitoro (yam and tuna) restaurant in the tourist area of Asakusa, we sell original food products to consumer cooperatives, department stores, etc. nationwide. We operate two izakaya (Japanese pubs) near Ueno Station and two izakaya near Tokyo Station.

Regarding fixed overtime allowance and fixed late-night work allowance:
* Fixed overtime allowance (lower limit ¥38,650 - upper limit ¥43,410) is paid as a fixed overtime allowance regardless of whether overtime work is performed, and overtime work exceeding 24 hours will be paid additionally.
* Fixed late-night work allowance (lower limit ¥7,750 - upper limit ¥8,690) is paid regardless of whether late-night work is performed, and late-night work exceeding 24 hours will be paid additionally.
* Average length of service for regular employees: approx. 5.5 years (6 months - 12 years)
* We strictly adhere to the last train times.
* We have a system to support obtaining a chef's license.
* Salary increases and bonuses are based on company and individual performance.
