Job description
First, you will gain hands-on experience at one of our stores and learn about store management at Minatomachi Coffee as a store manager. To ensure that even those without experience can learn with confidence, we have prepared a 1-on-1 trainer system and manuals available through an app where you can learn via videos and images, enabling you to become an immediate asset. After that store management experience, please draw on the skills and abilities you have cultivated to engage in the work you truly wanted to do, and provide and propose even better services. Our company will simultaneously advance store operations and our own proprietary system development in order to pioneer the first DX transformation in the food and beverage industry, accelerating cafe support.
