Job description
Handle inquiries from foreign tourists. You will learn tasks one by one, and after gaining experience, you will also be responsible for instructing and training junior staff.
* You will manage reservations while communicating with staff in their 20s and 30s belonging to an internet-based travel agency headquartered in Hong Kong. It would be helpful if you can send simple emails in English (or Chinese). Difficult business terms will not be used.

Training program available to non-regular employees. Details of training program: You may be asked to visit suppliers with whom we do business and assist with reception duties, clerical work, and similar tasks at their locations, combining the visit with on-the-job training.

About the company
(1) Sales of destination-based travel packages for inbound foreign visitors to Japan (day-trip bus tours, meals, outdoor experience activities, etc.). (2) Execution of inbound travel promotion projects for government agencies (holding OTA utilization seminars, etc.)
Unusually for Hokkaido, we handle travel services primarily targeting inbound visitors. We communicate with overseas travel agencies and domestic Japanese suppliers (tourist facilities, experience operators) to conduct customer referral activities.
In addition to continuing wholesale to online travel agencies, we are strengthening direct sales to end-users. We are preparing to open our own sales website in November. We look forward to applications from people like the following!
