Established over 60 years ago, we currently operate 4 sushi restaurants in the central Kochi area. Our company has a welcoming, family-like atmosphere with a diverse workforce spanning ages from teenagers through those in their 70s, centered around our 3rd generation president and key employees in their 30s and 40s.

* Commuting by private car: Possible if you secure your own parking space.
* Transportation expenses: Based on company regulations (paid from 5km or more from the workplace).
* Foreign nationals are also active. (Japanese communication and literacy are required.)
* Those who wish for side jobs/double jobs are very welcome.
* Paid leave and enrollment in insurance are in accordance with legal requirements based on working conditions.
[First]
You will work together with senior staff while they teach you the workflow. The basic tasks will be making soups and noodles in the kitchen behind the counter, and washing dishes (using a dishwasher).
[Next]
You will prepare orders and cooking with senior staff. They will provide detailed instruction on the order and ingredients.
[Once you are accustomed]
You will be able to cook and wash dishes smoothly by yourself, and will have more free time. In your free time, you can learn how to use knives and prepare ingredients. Please strive to improve your own skills. At Hyottoko Sushi, you can even have a menu item named after yourself. Please make customers happy with the dishes you create.
