Job description
This is a job where your lifestyle can be applied to your work, and many people who are new to the industry are active here. [Example of training] Training begins on the first day of employment. During training, real estate knowledge and sales are lectured on briefly each time. In OJT, you will accompany store managers and senior employees. Property confirmation, procurement, and visits to existing real estate owners are also conducted (training ends as you accumulate knowledge and experience through training). [After your debut as a salesperson, we will ask you to do the following work:] Customer acquisition-related work, customer service before store visit (inside sales), room proposal work (proposing the most suitable rooms and living situations to visiting customers, property guidance, etc.), procedures for contracting customers, follow-up with customers looking for rooms, and follow-up with customers after moving in, etc. Scope of changes: Work as determined by the company

License/Qualification: Real Estate Transaction Specialist (formerly: Real Estate Transaction Agent) — Required. Foreign nationals must have Japanese language proficiency N1 or above. Ordinary automobile driver's license required (AT (automatic transmission) permitted).
