Please manage the garbage station of a 53-story tower condominium. Although the condominium is entering its 10th year since construction, it is a very well-maintained and clean property. About 10-plus staff members clean per day, and because it is a property with very good teamwork, very few people have quit due to disliking the work, creating an easy-to-work environment. It is a very clean property with hotel specifications and meticulous cleaning, so we would definitely like individuals who like cleanliness to work here.
The entire building is equipped with air conditioning, and there are also rest and changing rooms, creating an environment where you can work with peace of mind for a long time.
We are currently hiring to supplement our cleaning staff. Since our turnover rate is low, we believe that once you become accustomed to the work, you can work here stably for a long period.
Not only part-time staff but also our company's employees (male, 30s) are stationed here, so there is not much difficulty in human relationships among part-time staff.
Please rest assured that if there are any issues among staff members, our employees will mediate and resolve them.
