Job description
外国人観光客からの問い合わせ対応など、先輩スタッフのサポート 業務です。１つずつ作業を覚えて頂き、経験を積んだ後は、外部と 連絡を取り、インバウンド受入に直結する業務の一端を担っていた だきます。
- 海外オンラインエージェントへの卸販売に関する予約入力業務 （メール、スプレッドシートなど）
- 行政／観光協会主催プロモーション事業に関する資料作成 （パワーポイントなど）
- 香港本社のインターネット型旅行会社に所属する２０～３０代の スタッフとコミュニケーションを取りながら予約管理を行います 。英語（または中国語）で簡単なメールが出来ると助かります。 難しいビジネス用語は使いません。＊業務の変更範囲：変更なし

Training program available to non-regular employees. Details of training program: You may be asked to visit suppliers with whom we do business and assist with reception duties, clerical work, and similar tasks at their locations, combining the visit with on-the-job training.
Including family members living together, employees can experience travel products sold through Dragon Tour (snow play, izakaya, theme parks, etc.) free of charge. Employment period and other conditions will be communicated separately.

Experience/Knowledge/Skills: If applicable: 1. Study or residence experience in an English-speaking or Chinese-speaking country. 2. Enjoy computer work. *Any of the above experience is acceptable.
License/Qualification: TOEIC (600 or above) — Preferred if held
Other translation/language-related qualifications — Preferred if held
Licensed Guide Interpreter — Preferred if held
Licensed Guide Interpreter (Chinese) — Preferred if held
About the company
(1) Sales of destination-based travel packages for inbound foreign visitors to Japan (day-trip bus tours, meals, outdoor experience activities, etc.). (2) Execution of inbound travel promotion projects for government agencies (holding OTA utilization seminars, etc.)
Unusually for Hokkaido, we handle travel services primarily targeting inbound visitors. We communicate with overseas travel agencies and domestic Japanese suppliers (tourist facilities, experience operators) to conduct customer referral activities.
