１、外国人住民や地域住民との交流・意見交換を通じ、多文化共生 に関する課題やニーズを把握し、地域に合った支援や解決策を検討 ２、日本語学習支援や国際交流イベント、異文化交流会などの企画 ・運営を通じ、地域内の相互理解と交流を促進 ３、地域の暮らしや魅力、多文化共生に関する取り組みをＳＮＳや 広報ツールで発信し、国内外への情報発信を実施 ４、外国人住民や移住希望者に対する生活相談、地域案内、空き家 バンク等の情報提供を行い、地域への定着やマッチングを支援 ５、地域資源や国際的な視点を活かした交流事業、観光企画、商品 開発、コミュニティ形成などのプロジェクトを提案・実施 ６、学校、地域団体、行政機関などと連携し、多文化共生社会の実 現に向けたネットワーク作りを推進【業務の変更範囲：変更無し】

志布志市移住・交流支援センター「Ｅｓｐｌａｎａｄｅ」では、移 住・定住支援や交流人口の拡大を目的に、空き家バンク運営、交流 イベント、情報発信など地域に根ざした取り組みを行っています。 今回は「多文化共生コーディネーター」の募集です。外国人住民や 地域住民、関係団体とコミュニケーションを取りながら、多文化共 生の推進や交流の場づくりを行っていただきます。 主な業務は、日本語交流や国際交流イベントの企画運営、ＳＮＳ等 を活用した地域の魅力発信、外国人住民や移住希望者への生活支援 、空き家バンクを通じた定住サポートなどです。また、地域資源を 活かした観光や交流プロジェクトの提案・実施にも携わっていただ きます。 「人と関わることが好き」「地域づくりや国際交流に興味がある」 「地方で新しい挑戦をしたい」という方を歓迎します。パソコンや 携帯電話などの備品は支給し、社会保険も完備しています。地域と 深く関わりながら、志布志市で新しいつながりを生み出してみませ んか？
