As a social welfare service, we operate a special nursing home for the elderly, a small-scale multifunctional home-based care service, a group home, and a short-stay residential care service.

We are striving to create an environment where each staff member can thrive and to ensure stable operations.
Services are provided by staff members across a wide age range (20s to 70s), and we have 10 foreign national staff members.
We have appointed dedicated training staff and are also focusing on new employee training by specialists in caregiving instruction to alleviate anxieties.
Furthermore, our organization has multiple therapists who provide caregiving technique instruction not only to residents but also to staff members.
