Through accepting Technical Intern Training Program participants and Specified Skilled Workers, we are engaged in fostering and supporting the employment of international human resources. Currently, we have personnel from Mongolia and China enrolled, creating an environment where you can work while experiencing diverse cultures.
You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including education, living support, and consultation to ensure trainees can work and live with peace of mind, as well as general affairs and labor management. There will also be visits to client companies and business trips, so we welcome individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to play an active role as a support person.

Mainly responsible for acceptance, management, and education of technical intern trainees, as well as a wide range of administrative tasks including attendance and labor management, daily life support, and administrative procedures related to social insurance and immigration. Additionally, you will support company activities through interaction with local residents by selling baked sweet potatoes in front of the company every Friday. This is an ideal position for those who want to be involved in a wide range of tasks, from supporting trainees to daily administrative work and sales.
