This is a small group home with a capacity of 18 residents.
Our facility, designed in the style of an old Japanese folk house in a quiet location, provides smooth daily support with staff offering cheerful and kind encouragement to residents.
With the slogan "A home where you can live with peace of mind, supporting each other and sharing smiles," we strive to provide community-based services. We are looking to expand our care staff!
We provide thorough training for those with no experience or new to dementia care.

License/Qualification name: Care worker - Preferable Care worker practical training graduate - Preferable Care worker introductory training graduate - Preferable Ordinary automobile driving license - Preferable (AT limited acceptable)

Elderly welfare business: 2 special nursing homes for the elderly (特別養護老人ホーム), 2 care houses, 2 fee-based nursing homes with care, 9 in-home service facilities, 5 group homes, and 3 small-scale multi-functional residential care facilities located within Nara City and Kizugawa City.
