１）採用業務（求職者の方へ仕事の説明や会社の説明） ・インターンシップ、実習、見学など含めた対応と説明 ガイダンス、企業説明会、一次選考及び会社説明会の対応 ・中途採用（一般、障害者雇用、外国人雇用の対応全般 説明会の説明対応、ハローワーク関係、求職者相談の役割 障害者雇用、外国人雇用の手続き及び書類作成 ２）研修関係業務 ・社内研修（研修実施までの準備、アナウンス、当日対応など） ・社外研修（申込、アナウンスなど事務業務全般） ３）労務関係業務の補助 ・システム業務（労務管理システムを活用した管理業務補助・作業
