Job description
At the Viking restaurant "Top of Forest" and the Teppanyaki restaurant "Salon de Forest," you will be responsible for purchasing, preparation, and cooking.
For those with less experience, the chef will teach you carefully. For those with extensive experience, you will be entrusted with increasingly responsible tasks.
Age and educational background are not important. We have staff members ranging from their 20s to 60s, and foreign nationals are also very active.
Housewives/husbands, students, and freelancers are most welcome.

About the company
We operate a resort hotel 「Fuji Premium Resort」 that owns a vast site of approximately 50,000 tsubo located at the foot of Mount Fuji and within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. We strive daily to become the No. 1 resort in the national park.

A resort hotel, "Fuji Premium Resort," located in the Fuji Hakone Izu National Park at the foot of Mt. Fuji, with approximately 50,000 tsubo of vast grounds. Within the grounds are scattered "Hotel Sportion" and the more luxurious cottage area "Forest Village."
The main dining room supporting the hotel's popularity, "Salon de Forest," is a teppanyaki restaurant serving A5 domestic brand beef and organic vegetables from Lake Kawaguchi. The chef, with a French background, offers a wide range of dishes using carefully selected seasonal ingredients sourced from across the country, prepared using a homemade smokehouse and teppan, to satisfy a broad customer base.
"Top of Forest," a buffet restaurant used for breakfast and dinner by hotel guests. We offer a wide variety of dishes, from Japanese to Western cuisine.
