Availability of training system for non-regular employees. Content of training system: Service training etc. is conducted by business location or by business location within an area. (Initial training, follow-up training, etc.) Other in-house training is conducted annually. There is a discount system for employees and their families when using one of our 35 resorts nationwide. Uniforms are provided for duties at the front desk, restaurant, and kitchen. The dormitory fee is ¥5,500 per month (electricity, water, and gas costs are separate). Wi-Fi is also fully equipped.
