You will be responsible for driving new business development in staffing solution sales targeting mainly domestic business corporations. - Listening to corporate hiring challenges (labor shortages, business challenges, etc.), visualizing workflows and KPIs, extracting bottlenecks - Understanding bottlenecks based on client business, organization, and work processes - Examining and proposing staffing solutions that match the client's challenges and objectives - Data collection and analysis for project advancement, examining approaches - Facilitating regular meetings with project stakeholders, negotiating with external stakeholders, reaching consensus Scope of change: No change
