○Accommodation / Front desk duties overall
As the "face of Hotel Epinard Nasu," we respond broadly to all requests from guests (total of 314 guest rooms).
* Check-in, check-out, settlement procedures, guidance on facilities inside and outside the hotel, direct buses and shuttle buses, various events, original optional tours guidance and reservation reception, etc.
