Any relevant experience, knowledge, and skills are desirable. Butchery and processing / sales. For foreign nationals, Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 or above is required.

１、配属店舗にて、まずは現場作業の理解を深め実施して下さい。

• ＊売場及び商品陳列の理解・機械（スライサーなど）の取り扱いの 理解・機械を使用しての切り分け作業・パック詰め・加工作業・牛 ・豚・鶏を一通り経験することで、商品知識や技術を身に付けてく ださい。２、慣れてきたら（６ケ月～１年半程度）＊作業（１の業 務）はもちろん、店長のアシスタントとして管理業務を理解してい きましょう。売上をアップさせるアイディアや施策も提案していき ましょう。３、いよいよ店長としての業務です。入社半年で店長職 になった方もたくさんいます！すべてはあなた次第です！弊社の店 長職は社長（経営者）です。地域によってお客様の好みが違ったり また、客層によって売れる商品も変わります。職場の仲間やお客様 と一緒に、あなたにしかつくれないあなたならではのお店をつくっ てください！キャリアアッププラン例、店舗スタッフ→店長→マネ ージャー（２～３店舗統括）→エリア長（１２～１５店舗統括）→ 部長（５０～６０店舗統括）
