Job description
You will be responsible for telephone and email correspondence with domestic and international business partners, sales activities related to product procurement and sales, and trade administrative work.
The business ratio is expected to be approximately 70% Chinese and 30% Japanese. The main duties include contacting Chinese and Japanese business partners, negotiating, adjusting delivery dates, and handling various export/import procedures.
You will also be responsible for creating quotations and invoices, managing orders, checking inventory, and developing new business partners.
The products handled are diverse, including daily necessities, cosmetics, food, pharmaceuticals, and alcoholic beverages, providing an environment where you can gain broad work experience while utilizing your language skills.
We will provide thorough guidance for tasks you have no prior experience with.
