About the company
We are developing a business focused on Omi beef, a specialty of Shiga Prefecture, with our main products. Centered in Hikone City, we operate retail butcher shops, mail order and internet sales, restaurants offering sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, steak, etc., and a delivery business.
We operate closely with the community, pursuing safe, secure, and delicious tastes and human-centered service by managing the entire distribution process from the production of Omi beef to customer dining in-house, with our agricultural production corporation Sennaritei Farm.
We achieve integrated management from raising Omi beef to providing it. We deliver products to consumers through various channels, including retail stores, online shops, wholesale to corporations, bento delivery, and restaurant operations.
In addition to Omi beef, our own factory manufactures ham and sausage from raw materials, and our strength lies in product development leveraging the expertise of our Omi beef specialty store.
We have introduced a consecutive leave system that encourages employees to take two 5-day breaks annually by combining paid leave and public holidays. We are working to create a system that makes it easy to take paid leave.
