Job description
Mainly public works such as national, Shiga Prefecture, and Higashiomi City projects, and you will be involved in river, road, and erosion control work.
Manage progress at construction sites and perform PC tasks such as creating application documents for public works.
* Construction sites are within Shiga Prefecture.
* Various construction machinery licenses and national qualifications can be obtained after joining the company.
(Acquisition costs will be fully covered by the company)
* Unexperienced individuals and foreign nationals (who can converse in Japanese without problems) are also welcome.

The company will fully support the acquisition of various construction machinery licenses and national qualifications, as well as skill development. (Full company cost coverage)
Sundays, every other Saturday off (If you work on a Saturday, a compensatory day off will be scheduled)
Golden Week holidays (4-5 days), Summer holidays (4-5 days), Year-end and New Year holidays (7-8 days) available
*If commuting by private car, you will be required to enroll in voluntary insurance.
