Job description
Front desk customer service for weekly and monthly condominiums, and condominium management duties.
Within our company's managed condominiums and head office general reception office, you will handle general reception duties such as consulting with individual and corporate clients regarding stays, accepting reservations, processing payments, creating and sending estimates and invoices, responding to phone and email inquiries, and computer data entry, as well as condominium and room management duties.
There may be occasions to interact with overseas customers, so there will be opportunities to use English. You can also improve your skills by engaging with native English speakers.
*Basic daily conversational English skills are a plus.

About the company
We operate weekly and monthly condominiums in buildings we wholly own.
We are operating 17 buildings, mainly in Naka Ward, targeting overnight guests visiting Yokohama and corporate clients as part of the hotel industry.
Established in 1992, we manage and operate 17 weekly mansion lodging facilities, as well as our own rental condominiums and parking lots, with a homey atmosphere and a spirit of "omotenashi" (hospitality) from all our employees.
Our company, Yokohama Weekly Co., Ltd., is a management and operations company serving the Yokohama area, with over 30 years of experience operating weekly and monthly mansions primarily in Yokohama City's Naka and Minami wards, all of which are wholly owned by our parent company, Akebono Bussan Co., Ltd. You will start with the job of front sales administrative work. While there are a wide variety of duties including reception duties related to customer check-in, check-out, and payment reception, customer information management, office tasks such as reservations and estimates, as well as modifications to our company's website, signs, and brochures, and management of guest rooms and apartments, our seniors will provide thorough support, so there is no need to worry even if you are inexperienced. We also have many foreign customers, so there will be opportunities to utilize your English skills. Most of our senior staff also started with no experience, and by accumulating simple tasks, our turnover rate is very low, and we have many long-term employees, so please apply with confidence. We are open year-round, and since there are accommodation duties even on Saturdays and Sundays, we operate on a shift system, but you will have a solid 8-12 days off per month, very little overtime, and plenty of time to secure private time with your family and friends.
