Job description
★Scheduled to open in late October
In addition to sales management, you will be responsible for management such as staff training, temperature control, and hygiene management. You will also organize the sales floor and process fresh fish, creating sashimi toppings and blocks. You will also be involved in cutting frozen and raw fillets and applying discount stickers. As a fresh fish expert, purchasing based on inventory and best-selling items will also be an opportunity to showcase your skills. Initially, you will learn simple technical aspects such as fresh fish names, how to fillet them, and packaging, and gradually you will be entrusted with store operations. The selection of products and pricing are left to each store. For example, "Big Special Offer!" prominently featured in flyers, or "Changing to attractive packaging." Since there is a large degree of discretion, it is an environment where you can actively implement your ideas.
