Job description
- 従来型多床室（定員９０名）の特別養護老人ホームでの介護職員 として介護業務に従事★外国人の方、多数、活躍中。 〇ＩＣＴ・ＩＯＴを活用し専門性の高いかつ、働き方改革を実践。 〇夜勤２２：００～７：００★短時間★夜勤手当８，０００円／回
- ＯＪＴ制度あり 最初の３ヶ月は、担当指導職員が同じ勤務につ き、介護の基本技術や業務、マナー、社内制度についてマンツーマ ンで指導。期間毎に習得する内容を定めて、段階的に業務を習得。 進捗状況次第では担当指導職員による教育期間を延長し、個々に合 わせた指導・教育を行える体制。
- ご本人の適正、希望を確認しながら、人事考課を元に異動可能（ 同一建物内、近隣に他サービス事業所あり）＃マザーズ 変更範囲：法人が定める業務

Base salary is set for holders of each respective qualification.
